Película del Día: Toto, el Héroe


Una enorme sorpresa que me he llevado al ver esta película belga que relata con gran destreza los sueños de infancia, la empatia, la envidia, el amor carnal, todo desde 3 tiempos diferentes con un mismo protagonista.

La película ganó el premio a Mejor ópera prima en el Festival de Cannes de 1991 y es que no parece que este realizada por un novato debido a la manera tan perfecta en que el director juega con los tiempos internos, el guión es una maravilla y la progresión dramatica con la que se desenvuelve es muy grande.

Dicho esto lo mejor de la película es sin duda la parte que corresponde a la niñez, sin censura alguna hay escenas muy fuertes entre niños y que sumergen en la historia al espectador. Siendo la parte adulta y vejez tambien muy buenas no llegan al nivel de este retrato de infancia, donde se requiere valentia para hacer algo asi.

Toto el heroe es una maravilla del año 1991, un guión esplendido y un trabajo de dirección que sorprende, actores correctos y una historia que llega no al cerebro sino al corazón, ahi es donde se quedan las grandes, que no es perfecta, pero al final de cuentas da igual.
